• Floral Waste Clogging: Diverting 3.8 Lakh kg of daily floral offerings from riverways and teppakulams.
• Circular SHG Cooperatives: Mobilizing rural women to collect, solar-dehydrate, and roll organic agarbatti.
• Revenue Yield: ₹520 Crore in annual premium exports, creating 18,500 direct technical livelihoods for female cooperative members.
