• Centralised Smart Packaging Hubs (CSPH): District-level automated packaging of all PDS commodities into tamper-proof smart packs (5kg to 35kg) to eliminate open weighing and short-measuring forever.
• AI-Powered Supply Chain Platform (TNPDS-AI): End-to-end digital integration coordinating demand forecasting, route optimization, real-time tracking, and automated fraud alerts.
• Thendral Last-Mile Delivery Network: A structured, dedicated last-mile delivery workforce drawn from ITI graduates and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) delivering rations directly to citizens.
• Thendral Citizen App: Multilingual mobile, WhatsApp, and voice IVR channels allowing beneficiaries to schedule delivery, track agents, scan QR codes, and register grievances.
• Command & Control Centre (C3): Real-time operations monitoring and dashboard analysis across all 38 districts to track delivery fulfillment and resolve anomalies.
