Re-engineering Tamil Nadu's law and order infrastructure into an AI-driven, transparent, zero-tolerance public safety network under the TVK 2040 Vision.
Strategic Directives
- Autonomous Fleet Telematics: Integrating GPS and in-car computers in all 20,987 police vehicles to optimize patrol routes and track coverage.
- Tamil Voice NLP FIRs: Transcribing bodycam audio directly into draft FIRs (using voice Tamil NLP) to reduce station paperwork and eliminate bribery hubs.
- Singappen Special Force: Deploying all-women patrol units, live-streaming bodycams, and autonomous drones to secure women and children state-wide (₹354.67 Crore budget).
- TN Domain Awareness System (TN-DAS): Creating a secure unified command grid linking traffic, city CCTV, and ANPR cameras with privacy protections in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023.
