• Acoustic Edge AI: Deploying border listening grids to instantly identify Chainsaw logging and gunshot poaching activities.
• Locomotive Safety Grids: Equipping tracks (e.g. Madukkarai) with AI-powered thermal radar networks to prevent Asian elephant fatalities.
• FinTech Carbon Registry: Directing 40% of all state carbon credit offsets directly into the digital wallets of local Village Forest Committees (VFCs) and tribal self-help groups.

Economic Sizing & Multilateral Budgets

Co-financed through the JICA Green Climate Fund (₹680 Crore out of ₹920.52 Crore total layout) and state treasury allocations, targeting ₹1,119.77 Crore total budget for statewide drone and sensor deployments.
